Step 2: There are two options for redeeming this offer which are outlined below:

Option 1
If you have an email address, simply complete the instore claim form in full and send within 28 days of purchase:

• 1 x completed claim form
• 1 x proof of purchase (sales receipt)

Upon receipt of the above information your experience voucher will be emailed to your nominated email address.



Option 2
If you do not have an email address, simply complete the instore claim form in full and send within 28 days of purchase:

• 1 x completed claim form
• 1 x proof of purchase (sales receipt)
• 1 x stamped self addressed envelope

Upon receipt of the above information your experience voucher will be sent out to you through the post.
